A commission for press and social media: to portray Leandro Caballero, chef at El Cortijo, without taking him out of his own setting. In the dining room, the light filters through the curtains and the latticework. In the kitchen, it comes from the pass lamp above the board. Almost everything was shot with the light the restaurant already had, with a single fill flash at the table. The aim was to capture the craft and the character, not a pose.
